Bostons 3rd Birthday

So my little Boston turned 3!!! I can hardly believe it, he is getting so big and so smart. He is still totally in love with cars and Lightning Mcqueen and Trains. He picked his cake with no problem and zero hesitations. We had a small party just cake and ice cream at our house with the family. Again this year we did him and Gavin together to save everyone some time and I think Boston loves it!! I still cant believe he is 3 he still isnt talking very well most people cant understand most of what he says even I have to guess sometimes. I am gonna talk to the doctor at his 3 year check up. He is so sweet and loves to help, he even gets mad when I ask for his help and Sammy does it he always is saying 'me help too, me help too.' He loves his new baby sister and is very protective of both of his sisters. He is a great brother and a wonderful son. I still can't believe how much I love him!!!!!

Happy new year

Happy 2012!!!! So it is a new year and I am still blogging YAY ME!!! We had a nice new years eve we spent it together at home just our little family and Grant joined us. The kids stayed up till midnight playing and watching tv. We drank sparkling cider at midnight and said happy new year and sent them to bed. So far this year we are just adjusting to life with 3 kids. I am still working into a routine of getting Sammy to and from school Peytons nap and eating schedule and everything else that may need to be squeezed in. It has been unseasonably warm and we havent gotten much snow so when we got a few inches the other day the kids wanted to play in it of course. So I took them out and we tried to build a snowman but it didnt work, we couldnt even make a snowball. So we wrote our names in the snow and just ran around throwing snow at each other. Currently we are getting ready for Bostons birthday so there will be another post shortly.

Kids say the darndest...

Here are some things that made me laugh. I have been keeping track of but wanted to document for future reference.

Me and the kids were outside one evening enjoying the weather, Boston wanted a drink so Sammy said go inside and ask dad, Boston was having a hard time opening the door so Sammy said 'ring the doorbell, you know ring ring.' so Boston keeps pushing on the door and starts screaming 'ring ring, ring ring,' I was laughing so hard. Aug. 2011

I walked up the stairs to find Boston sitting next to a pile of cereal spilt on the floor, he had the vacuum cleaner hose and was picking up the cereal and dropping it in the hose, so I turned on the vacuum to help him out and it scared him so he ran away, he then came back and vacuumed his little mess. Aug, 2011

We had chicken for dinner the other night and normally we just buy the boneless skinless chicken breasts, but I grabbed a

rotisserie chicken when I opened the chicken to start eating Sammy was like that looks like a real chicken you know the ones that run around, I said yes that is what chicken is she then refused to look at the inside of the chicken only at its legs and would not eat it, it took lots of convincing to get her to try it, she might go vegetarian if she finds out what bacon and hamburgers are made of. Today sammy said Mom I am dancing ask me who I am dancing with, Batman cause I love him now. 2009

Sammys best imaginary friend is Batman. One day she came to me and said mom i need more money batman is in jail again so I told her she needed new friends. 2009

Sammy says boston I told you stop giving me a wedgie, So ryan started laughing and Sammy says daddy is asking for trouble.

We are at my moms house and I was taking a shower and sammy came in and said she was gonna shoot me then i said no dont shoot me and she says i already did then she walks out to the living room and tells my mom i just shot our daughter. 2009

Last night sammy told me quesadillas live in the ocean. She calls her armadillo a quesadilla and was playing with a seal to so they both live in the ocean. 2009
